Sabah Kita,
Assalammualaikum,
."The party's top leadership's confidence in me will continue to motivate me to carry out my responsibilities with full commitment and bring Sabah Umno to another level.
"God willing, the other state leaders and I will continue with efforts to strengthen Sabah Umno and carry out its agenda, hence contributing to the party's strength and success at the national level,". Musa said.
I guess, Musa needs more than just “ God Willing” in order to bring UMNO to the next level; whatever level he is implying to..
When he talked of UMNO we must also equate it with BN and his self-style Governance of Sabah.
So far we had heard a lot of “non-transference” directions going on within the state government of Sabah.
This included the job opportunities, power sharing, appointment of questionable cabinet ministers and so forth.
As it is, Musa needs to seriously restructure or transform the whole elements in his government into full force in order to fulfill his mission to bring UMNO and Sabah into the next level...
Otherwise it is just a gimmick statement from him which compiled to the words “ Business as usual for Sabah”.
In good faith, our PM appointed Datuk Salleh Said Keruak as Musa State UMNO liaison’s deputy.
This surprised appointment must be for a reason. A sign...
Musa needs to see and understand this appoint as a siren of warning; that something is not right with Sabah UMNO or BN for that matter.
This appointment should not be taken as a privilege but a challenging responsibility.
Obviously, given a choice, he could choose someone else. Some one works within his control. Or someone that could continue the fulfillment of his ‘political dynasty ‘ the Musaism.
However, with the appointment of Salleh, hoping a check and balance system could surface out if this.
Having mentioned that, Salleh should play his part as required. Otherwise it will be as waste of hope for the people of Sabah.
Other wise and for a reason PAS ( in Muslim area), PKR ( non-Muslim area) and DAP could gain momentum in future.
Politics, in this land below the ‘ macam-macam ada'. Menurut sejarah Sabah 'apa-apa pun boleh berlaku'.
With that I raise my case. Thanks
If what Musa means is to bring Sabah UMNO to another level that is lower then what it is at this moment, I think he is so damn right. He can't even handle Raymond Tan's case, Frankie Chong's Case and Japlin's case in a proper manner, real prosedure and common norm. Damn right that he is really NOT in line with PM's aspiration-1Malaysia and transformation. He is busy wth his Sabah Corridow Devil till he has appointed his nephew to lead IDS. Well, IDS is the Secretariat of SDC anyway.. Common Sabahan, open your eyes and smell your coffee IF NOT the roses..
Judging from the character of the YBs that are sorrounding Musa as his commrades (Syamsuddin, Musbah, Ideris, Muis, Japlin, Sadi etc), UMNO Sabah will not go anyway but sink. If the trend continue, then the Tsunami will destroy UMNO Sabah including its new office. Musa should change or be changed.
